Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if your item meets the following conditions:

  • It is returned within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.

  • The product is not on the final sale list or marked non-returnable on the product page.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Undergarments

  • Socks and swimwear

  • Items on clearance or marked as “Final Sale”

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards or promotional items


3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To start a return or refund request, please email returns@onecompareinsure.com with the following details:

  • Order Number

  • Name and Email used during checkout

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return (optional but helpful)

  • Clear photos if the item is defective or incorrect

We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Returns (within the U.S.):
    A prepaid shipping label may be provided depending on the return reason. If the return is due to a change of mind, the return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

  • International Returns:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or a damaged product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Attach clear images showing the issue.

  • We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping.


6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive a confirmation email regarding your refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take additional time to appear in your account.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or card account again.

  2. Contact your bank or card provider; it may take additional time for processing.

  3. If you’ve done the above and still need help, email us at support@onecompareinsure.com.


8. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’re happy to assist if stock is available.
